Nariza Alysa Azryn

Nariza Alysa Azryn is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Epidemiology and Biostatistics within the School of Population and Global Health at The University of Melbourne. She completed both her Bachelor of Biomedicine and Master of Public Health at the University of Melbourne.

Prior to her postgraduate studies, Alysa worked as a Public Health Executive at the National Cancer Society of Malaysia, where she worked with the Health Education, Literacy, Promotion and Policy team.

She is also currently a Research Assistant with the Evaluation and Implementation Science Unit at the Centre for Health Policy, School of Population and Global Health, University of Melbourne. Alysa’s work focuses on cancer prevention and control, with experience in developing culturally tailored health education materials, supporting large-scale vaccination and screening programs, and contributing to mixed-methods research. Her interests include implementation science, epidemiology, health equity, and improving access to cancer prevention initiatives.
